Exchange Policy

General terms

Kindly contact us at sales@worldfencingstyle.com if you require an exchange. We also require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The exchange period expires 14 days from the date of our delivery of your purchased items. No exchange will be available outside of the allowed exchange period. Therefore, please notify us early if you require an exchange of the items purchased or if any of the delivered items are defective or damaged. We will not hesitate to replace them for you. Furthermore, we will absorb the cost associated with the exchange if the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Otherwise, kindly note that you will need to pay the delivery costs associated with the exchange.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the product tag not removed or damaged.

The following types of items cannot be exchanged:

  • "Training and Competition Equipment" items
  • "Repair Equipment and Tools" items
  • Men's plastic protectors
  • Socks
  • All blades
  • All weapons
  • All items with printed customization
  • All coloured masks

Kindly allow us 2-3 weeks for the exchange if the replacement item is not available.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Delivery

We will arrange a delivery of your new item and collection of your old item in a single visit if you are located in Singapore. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning your item if your purchase is made from outside of Singapore. Depending on the delivery address, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we will receive your returned item.

Changes to this exchange policy

We reserve the right to modify this exchange policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a refund request. However, we might be able to offer an exchange in case if the general terms of our exchange policy are met.
